General Terms and Conditions
Right to exchange or return free of charge You have the unconditional right to return goods bought at www.zsf-motorrad.de free of charge within 14 days of delivery, without being obliged to state your reasons. However, electric and electronic spare parts such as CDIs, ignition coils, alternators, stators, rectifiers, starter motors, bulbs etc. are exempt and cannot be returned.
In the unlikely event of an incorrect item being delivered to you, we will also reimburse postage. If you return goods bought online, the contract is cancelled and you will be refunded in full once the delivered goods have been returned. Should the goods show signs of use or damage on return, we reserve the right to claim for compensation.
For the return address please refer to the invoice. Should you intend to return goods, please let us know within 3 days by email , fax or telephone.

Deliveries can be made whilst stocks last. We deliver to EURO-Zone 1.

Delivery costs
At www.zsf-motorrad.de you generally pay a flat rate of EUR
6,99 (or EUR
17,99 within EURO-Zone 1 ) for delivery, regardless of the value of the order. This covers only part of the packaging, delivery and postage costs. The rest is paid for you by www.zsf-motorrad.de. In exceptional cases, we may have to charge a higher flat rate. This will be specified accordingly. Should delivery be undertaken in several stages for technical or logistic reasons, we will of course only charge you once for delivery costs.

Reservation of ownership
Goods remain the property of ZSF Motorradtreff GmbH until payment has been received in full.

Payment, due date, failure to pay
Payment for goods is to be made in advance by bank transfer or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
ZSF Motorradtreff GmbH reserves the right to exclude or accept certain modes of payment in individual cases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment sent in the form of cash or cheques. We accept no responsibility for loss. Immediately upon receipt of payment, the goods will leave our warehouse.
